What Information Do We Collect?

We may retain and use certain personal information to facilitate inquiries or requests regarding the Services or the System, or respond to your questions or requests for information about or from LiquidText.

With Whom Do We Share Information That We Collect?

We do not sell, rent, or lease our user lists or the identity of individual users to third parties. However, LiquidText may use and disclose certain aggregated, anonymized information to our trusted business partners. We may also share personal information with our third-party service providers, to provide services such as payment processing, advertising, website analytics, fraud investigation, data analysis, information technology and related infrastructure provision, and customer service.

LiquidText takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect information transmitted via or stored on the System. Nevertheless, no security system is impenetrable.

User-Provided Content

Our Products and Services allow you to create notes, drawings and other content; and import documents, images, or other files from various file storage devices into the System. This User Content remains your property, and we will not intentionally reveal your User Content with anyone other than you and the other users with whom you share your User Content.

Children

The System is intended for a general audience and is not intended for use or view by children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children.
